Cooking, for me, is an escape from all the stress and pressure of everyday life. It somehow gives me comfort knowing that I can be myself. Not worrying about what might go wrong. And so, I will be posting step-by-step photos of recipes i have tried and tested for those home cooks like me who also dream of being a chef one day and just simply love FOOD. :)
